Sly weighs in on top cop Mike Bush’s new plans for policing

Victoria Police chief commissioner Mike Bush is planning to restructure Victoria Police and divert more staff to the front line to tackle Victoria’s current crime crisis.

Sly of the Underworld weighed in on the new plans for policing, and says people should expect police stations to close at night, with the officers set to be on patrol.

“It was Sir Robert Peel’s original plan, which was visible police presence,” Sly said on 3AW Breakfast.
