Sole trader fears business may not survive latest lockdown

A sole trader at a popular Melbourne market fears his business will go under after he was told he wasn’t eligible for the Victorian government’s $5000 small business grant.

Joe told Tom Elliott he is worried his business won’t survive the lockdown.

“Any little bit of money helps,” he said.

And his experience wasn’t uncommon among listeners.
