South Australia is looking to poach Victorian companies as they seek to capitalise on Victoria’s anti-gas energy policies and high taxes.

Chief executive officer of the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Paul Guerra, says the Allan government has been warned about taxes and levies, but those aren’t the only issue Victorians are concerned about.

“The biggest risk that is faced by Victorians and businesses and citizens is around energy security, we know at some point the coal-powered generators are going to run out,” he told Ross and Russ.
