Adelaide will host the inaugural Festival of Marmalade next month.

And it’s sure to be a good spread.

The Australian awards will be presented by the National Trust of South Australia in partnership with The World’s Original Marmalade Awards founder, Jane Hasell-McCosh.

The Trust’s CEO Darren Peacock said there was a real art to making marmalade, and an expert judging panel has been assembled.

‘Look we are going crazy for marmalade at the moment,’ he told Tom Elliott.

‘We have been inundated with marmalade samples from across Australia.’
