Speed camera operators attacked again in disturbing incident

Speed cameras operators have again been attacked, this time in a disturbing early-morning incident in Coburg overnight.

Five men smashed a vehicle one man was sitting in, with the victim escaping unharmed.

“We know they are a group that are attacked exceptionally often,” Nine News reporter Mark Santomartino told Tony Jones.

“Safety has been one of the top priorities of the workers as they’re trying to get this pay rise (as industrial action continues).”
