Staffer accused of blocking photographer from health minister and Wodonga mayor

A state government staffer has been accused of trying to block a photographer from filming a conversation between the Victorian Health Minister Mary-Anne Thomas and the Mayor of Wodonga Ron Mildren.

The minister was on the border opening a new $36 million emergency department in Albury.
