‘Star in the making’: Dee Dee backs latest TV appointment

Dee Dee Dunleavy has thrown her support behind Sarah Abo’s appointment as new co-host on Today.

Sarah Abo will join Karl Stefanovic on the Today show, with Ally Langdon moving to A Current Affair after TV icon Tracy Grimshaw stood down from the role.

Speaking during her regular entertainment segment with Fiona Byrne on 3AW, Dee Dee said she expected Sarah Abo to flourish in her new role.

“I am such a fan of this woman,” she said.
