State Library of Victoria set for an upgrade

RUMOUR CONFIRMED: The State Library of Victoria will reveal grand plans for an upgrade.

3AW Breakfast confirmed the much loved public institution will undergo renovations.

It is hoped it will make 40 per cent more public space.

The plans includes new areas and re-opening a heritage area that has been closed for some time.
