State MP Paul Edbrooke tells Tom Elliott about saving a stranger’s life

Frankston MP Paul Edbrooke saved an injured stranger while in Israel.

Mr Edbrooke told Tom Elliott the man appeared to be fitting on the pavement and he was bleeding heavily.

His training as a firefighter kicked in, and he commenced first aid.
