Stephanie Alexander on her new book ‘The Cooks Table’
Stephanie Alexander joined Denis Walter in studio to talk about her new book ‘The Cooks Table- 130 recipes to share with family and friends’.
The book includes a number of stories and personal anecdotes as it features dishes from all over the world.
Each of the 25 menus in the book begin with an introduction, sharing particular moment from her life, from trips to Peru, Italy and Instanbul.
Her advice to home chefs is to stay organised and break down a recipe before beginning cooking.
‘I’ve tried to take the pain out of it and organisation is what it’s all about,’ she told Denis.
