Street art v graffiti art: Adnate
At what point does graffiti become street art?
Not sure. But Adnate’s art is next level.
You’ll probably recognise some of his work, published below with Adnate‘s permission.
But not everyone was happy with what Adnate had to say about tagging and other more evasive forms of graffiti.
Caller Geoff: ‘I’m so disgusted in 3AW giving voice to such a foolish thing!’
Caller Rick: ‘How can you justify the pain, the money and the inconvenience you’ve caused to the public?’
That prompted other callers to call in support of Adnate.
Caller Margie: ‘Street art like that young man (Adnate) does is just awesome.’
LISTEN: Adnate talks with Denis Walter, and responds to some passionate callers
