A new study suggests two exercise sessions a week is all that is needed to greatly reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer.

Personal trainer and columnist for The Age, Michael Jarosky, tells 3AW Drive’s Nick McCallum ‘exercise is not the devil!’

‘We don’t want people to think ‘Ah, two sessions a week and I’m sorted!’ because we are in the stages of an obesity epidemic.’

‘When it comes to exercise, people want to know, what is the bare minimum?’
