Suburban fire station becomes COVID-19 exposure site

Multiple firefighters and other Fire Rescue Victoria staff are isolating after Thomastown Fire Station became a Tier 1 COVID-19 exposure site.

Red Hot alerted The Rumour File to the news on Tuesday morning.

It’s since been confirmed.

FRV said all impacted employees had been identified.

They’ve been required to isolate for 14 days and get tested.

The station has undergone cleaning.
