Sunshine North fire now under control

A fire which threatened to engulf a garage in Sunshine North this afternoon is now under control.

Firefighters were called to the scene just after midday on Friday.

Neighbours raised the alarm, after the fire threatened to spread to adjoining homes. 

It took thirty firefighters about forty-five minutes to bring the fire under control.

There will be an investigation into the cause of the fire.
