Sydney and Melbourne vie for ABBA’s hologram concert

Melbourne and Sydney will battle it out for the chance to host ABBA’s Voyage concert if the hologram show comes to Australia.

The virtual concert which uses 3D holograms of the original band members will stay in London until May 2024, but plans are underway to tour it internationally.

CEO of the Victorian Tourism Industry Council, Felicia Mariani, says “if it’s going to come to Australia the reality is it’s going to come to Sydney or Melbourne”.
