Taxi drivers to protest in Melbourne again

A group of men yelling ‘Go Uber’ have been involved in a violent clash with taxi supporters outside state parliament.

The violence unfolded on Monday morning following another protest from taxi drivers.

They’re calling for greater taxi licence compensation.

‘There was pushing, shoving and a lot of swearing,’ Lauren Hilbert said from state parliament.

‘Police had to get in between them.’
