Teen loses licence after police clock ‘outrageous’ speed reading on Princes Freeway

A 19-year-old driver has lost his licence after police clocked an alleged speed reading of more than double the speed limit in Corio on Sunday morning.

Victoria Police Spokesperson Belinda Batty told 3AW Breakfast, “He’s been charged with multiple offences, including reckless conduct endangering life, and had his car impounded.”

“And he’ll have to fork out $1,325 for that,” he added.
