Teenage girl thrown from ute after it flipped in paddock at Longlea on Australia Day
A teenager is fighting for life after a ute flipped in a paddock near Bendigo.
The air ambulance flew a girl to hospital with leg, pelvis and internal injuries.
She was thrown from a ute when it crashed in a paddock at Longlea.
Police said the vehicle was being driven by a 16-year-old, with eight passengers in the tray.
Two others – a boy and girl – were taken to the local hospital in a stable condition.
The group was celebrating Australia Day when the incident happened at about 4pm.
