Teenagers urged to pick up hospitality jobs over summer
Australia’s working-age teenagers and high school leavers are being urged to pick up a job in hospitality over the summer break.
Wes Lambert, deputy chair of the Australian Food Service Advocacy Body and former CEO of Restaurant and Catering Australia, told 3AW the sector was still “over 100,000 people” short.
He said teenagers could make good money.
