Telstra addresses several customer complaints (including Tom’s!) on 3AW Drive

Telstra has been a popular issue on 3AW Drive this week, with a handful of listeners complaining about their experiences both on the phone and in store.

In fact, Tom Elliott had his own issues.

So, he decided to find out what was going on.

Meg Bonighton, Customer Service Executive at Telstra, fronted up on Friday to try and solve some of the issues people had been having.
