Terrorism analyst explains Brussels attack

Leading terrorism analyst David Wright-Neville expects more attacks like the one that rocked Brussels on Tuesday.

Mr Wright-Neville told Neil Mitchell terrorists’ ability to avoid detection is becoming more sophisticated.

He said ISIS is trying to send two messages: we can strike anywhere, and we can replace any members you arrest.
