Test cricket crowds a major concern

Dwayne Russell has slammed the crowd at the Gabba for the First Test against New Zealand.

53,000 fans attended the Test Match in total, including just 6,600 on Sunday’s fourth day.

But Test legend Ian Chappell told Sports Today Brisbane has a history of poor weekend crowds.

Chappell went so far as to concede Brisbane may not host a Test in future summers.
