Nineteen-year-old who was taken to hospital in a taxi speaks out
A woman who was taken to hospital via a taxi called by paramedics on Tuesday morning has spoken out about her experience.
“We were told due to a high demand for ambulances at that time, we would not be able to take an ambulance, or at least not one for a number of hours, and we were to take a taxi or find our own way there — but they offered to pay for it,” Morel Aston told Neil Mitchell.
