The 3AW news report that saved Mark Allen’s life

Mark Allen says it saved his life.

The popular 3AW presenter was driving his car in 2018 when he heard a report, read by Tony Tardio.

“His second story, this particular day when I was driving around, was Australian being second behind Switzerland, for curing bowel cancer,” he said.

It prompted him to go and get checked.

It saved his life.

Mark joined Dee Dee on Wednesday to raise awareness on Red Apple Day, for Bowel Cancer Australia.
