The alarming new data regarding Melbourne’s rental crisis

The rental crisis in Melbourne has gotten worse with the number of homes available reaching a decade low.
Director of economic research at PropTrack, Cameron Kusher, says the market has been on a downward trend.
“For the last 12-18 months, really since the international borders reopened, we’ve seen a big drop in the number of properties available for rent in Melbourne,” he told Tony Moclair.
