Consumers unable to gain access to products immediately is causing frustration, a leading expert says.
Barry Urquhart, Consumer Behaviour Expert and Managing Director of Marketing Focus, told Tom Elliott consumers had gotten use to getting “instant gratification”.
“It’s the fact that there’s understaffing, empty shelves and long leave times,” he said on 3AW Drive.
“Nothing worse than the consumer who goes in and sees an empty shelf”.
