The audio of Jacinta Allan that is ‘insulting’ to every police officer

Premier Jacinta Allan and Shadow Police Minister Brad Battin have clashed in Question Time on Tuesday afternoon.

And some remarks made by the state Labor leader has been labelled “insulting” to every police officer.

“At best, I think from the Premier it’s poor political instincts … at worst, it’s insulting to every single person who has been a police officer,” Jacqui Felgate said.

Battin then joined 3AW Drive and admitted he was surprised by what the Premier had to say, and the “smirk” from police minister Anthony Carbines behind her.

“It’s a planned thing, and they know it gets me riled up,” Battin told Felgate.
