The Mayor of the Mornington Peninsula has joined Neil Mitchell’s Ideas Factory, armed with a bold plan – drawn on a napkin – that would revolutionise travel between Sorrento and Queenscliff.

“I can’t claim credit for it,” Steve Holland said on Thursday.
