The Book of Mormon launches their first preview in Melbourne

The Book of Mormon launches tonight in Melbourne with their first preview of the award winning show.

It is a religious satire musical that pokes fun at the beliefs of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The book, lyrics, and music were written by Trey Parker, Robert Lopez, and Matt Stone.

Denis Walter sat down with the co-director and choreographer of The Book of Mormon, Casey Nicholaw.

Denis asked Casey if, due to the topic of the show, they received any bad feedback, ‘I haven’t seen or heard much hated response, but I think that comes from people who haven’t seen it. It really is a feel good musical in the end,’ Casey told 3AW Afternoons.
