The ‘borderline scandalous’ situation that impacts every motorist in Victoria

Jacqui Felgate has addressed the industrial action currently underway by the Australian Workers’ Union (AWU).

The 3AW Drive host labelled the union “rogue” yesterday, with the union responding with a statement today.

“It affects every single motorist in this state,” Felgate said.

“It’s really murky and really messy … it’s borderline scandalous that this hasn’t been revealed before,” she added.

Jacqui Felgate then challenged AWU Victoria Assistant State Secretary, Patrick Wood, on the industrial action and the disruption it’s caused for motorists.

“Aren’t you holding motorists to ransom?” she asked.

“I think it’s really disingenuous,” she added after the interview.
