The case for a tennis fan who is suing Nick Kyrgios

A tennis fan who Nick Kyrgios said looked like she’d “had 700 drinks” during the Wimbledon final is suing the tennis star for defamation.

And a Melbourne barrister says he expects the woman to a have “comfortable” win in court.

Matt Collins QC told Ross and Russel the fan would have little difficulty showing the comment from Kyrgios had damaged her reputation.
