The ‘challenging’ and ‘complex’ situation Victoria Police is facing with Samantha Murphy investigation

Victoria Police concede they’re still facing significant challenges in their search to recover the body of Samantha Murphy.

Patrick Orren Stephenson was charged in May with the murder of the Ballarat mother, with her body still not location after she went missing while on a jog on February 4.

“The issue for us is that has become a really challenging and complex investigation,” Chief Commissioner Shane Patton told Jacqui Felgate.
