The change coming to the next generation of Melbourne trams

Ross and Russ

Collisions between cars and Melbourne trams occur about three times a day and a flatter tram nose will improve improve visibility for drivers and make them easier to repair.

Professor of public transport at Monash University’s faculty of engineering, Graham Currie, says it’s “quite a lot”.
