A journalist at the centre of the Ben Roberts-Smith defamation case is calling for a change at the Australian War Memorial after a judge found Ben Roberts-Smith murdered unarmed prisoners in Afghanistan.

A display on Robert-Smith, which includes the veteran’s Victoria Cross medal and uniform, is on show at the memorial.

Nick McKenzie, journalist with Nine Newspapers and 60 Minutes, doesn’t want mention of Roberts-Smith removed from the memorial, but there’s a change he thinks would be “appropriate”.
