Sly of the Underworld has told Ross and Russ the one change he would make to the police department to make operations “much more efficient”, if the department started over today.

It comes as dozens of police stations across the state are set to close at night amid a shortage of frontline staff at Victoria Police.

“If you started the police department today, you would do it totally differently,” he said.
