‘The city is alive’: Pub owner details excitement ahead of a busy long weekend

Pub owner, Mark O’Reilly, who owns Platform 28 in the Docklands and The Glenferrie Hotel in Hawthorn, has detailed his excitement ahead of a busy weekend, highlighted by the AFL Grand Final.

Mr O’Reilly says his venues are booked out for the big game tomorrow, and claimed “the city is alive”.

“It’s a fantastic time of the year,” Mr O’Reilly told Tony Jones, filling in for Neil Mitchell.
