The company giving workers an extra 26 days off a year (with no catch)

A property developer is giving its staff an additional 26 days off a year after it successfully trialled a nine-day working fortnight during the pandemic.

Staff are able to take every second Friday off work, without using annual leave, sick leave, or salary sacrifice.

“We found our staff actually became more efficient and productive, so it was a bit of a no-brainer for us,” Hayley Randall, People Development Manager at ICD Property, told Tom Elliott.
