The ‘disgusting? bestseller on a Victorian school’s reading list
A furious parent has called for a prescribed reading text to be removed from the school curriculum.
Caller Lisa told Neil Mitchell this morning of a book her 13-year-old son was required to read for the upcoming school year.
Deemed too rude in parts of the U.S, the Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian is a New York Times bestseller and has won an array of other literary awards.
