The ‘do or die’ Joe Biden interview which could prove pivotal in US election race

US president Joe Biden has scheduled his first interview since last week’s disasterious debate against Donald Trump, in what Pete Ford is describing as a ‘do or die’ moment.

The 81-year-old will sit down for a pre-recorded chat on the USA’s ABC network with George Stephanopoulos as the fall out continues to his struggles during the 90-minute showdown with Mr Trump last week.

“They’ll be a lot riding on this interview,” Pete Ford told 3AW Breakfast.

“This is like do or die for the president I would suggest.”
