The heartwarming update to a call Neil Mitchell received 26 years ago

As year 12 students take their English exams today, Neil was reminded of a call from 26 years ago, from a then-year 12 student when she called into the program this morning!

Cathy, originally called in to the program back in 1997 to discuss a bet with her father to get a puppy, as well as her goal to become an orthodontist – which she achieved.

“It was a wonderful story, it was a special day … and then, Jerry, that wonderful woman who was so kind in offering up her purebred,” she said.
