The important message after horrible Brighton East double tragedy

The father of one of the victims from the horrendous crash in Brighton East on Sunday has delivered an important message on 3AW Drive.

19-year-old motorbike rider Zac and 43-year-old Ivan, who was behind the wheel of an SUV, both died when they collided at the intersection of South Road and Olive Street.

And Zac’s father Jacob told Jacqui Felgate there needs to be more awareness about road safety following the double tragedy.

“We’re going so horribly the wrong way … I can’t let Ivan and my son’s death just fall into another statistic,” Jacob said.
