The ‘interesting’ laws a Victorian council is changing

Mayor of the City of Casey Stefan Koomen said the council is now putting their residents “back in charge”. 

The council has prepared a new draft of its Community Local Law, shaped by the feedback of more than 1,000 residents.

“We’ve done a full review and found there are a few interesting laws, you might say, we’ve had a look at and are changing now,” he said on 3AW Drive.
