The issue causing growing pressure in the veterinary industry

There are concerns about growing pressures in the veterinary industry with increasing vet shortages.

President of the New South Wales division of the Australian Veterinary Association, Dr Zachary Lederhose, says vets are working harder than ever.

“The vet shortage is something that’s been coming for a while, and we’ve been talking about it for many years, but now it’s affecting people and it’s affecting people in the regions more so,” he told Jacqui Felgate.
