The latest example of Melbourne being ‘held to ransom’ by ‘young thugs’

Jacqui Felgate says Melbourne continues to be “held to ranson” by teens terrorising the city with guns and machetes.
Her comments come after three teens were arrested in Somerville on Thursday morning after threatening shoppers with fake firearms.

“I’ve seen pictures of children posting and bragging about these fake guns,” she said on 3AW Drive.
“This is the reality of a society that’s been held to ransom by young thugs.”
