The latest on the V/Line strike (and whether further action will be taken in the near future)

There are delays on Victoria’s regional train network this morning, with striking V/Line workers bringing the network to a halt.

V/Line conductors, train controllers and customer service staff began their four hour work stoppage at 3am this morning, with replacement buses arranged, but passengers have been warned of delays of up to two hours.

“That is going to cause a lot of trouble for a lot of people,” Today Show reporter Izabella Staskowski said.
