The latest teen bail example which left Tom Elliott dumbfounded

Tom Elliott has been left dumbfounded by another example of an alleged teen criminal being allowed out on bail.

Despite allegedly being involved in home invasions and burglaries and in danger of killing something according to the children’s court magistrate, the 16-year-old has recently been granted bail.

The 3AW Mornings host said he “couldn’t believe what he was reading” when it came to the circumstances around the teenager being allowed out in the community.

“Reform of our bail laws is the most pressing law and order issue in our state,” Tom said.
