The main competitors for Australia at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest

Australia is set to face some fierce competition in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool.

Perth metal band, Voyager, will represent the country with the culture editor-at-large at The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age, Michael Idato, claiming Australia has a “pretty solid chance” to make it through to the final on the weekend.

Voyager will perform tomorrow morning at 5am AEST.
