Melbourne’s rental crisis has seen up to 117 people at a time inquiring about each rental property listed in in-demand suburbs.

Data from rental tracker PropTrack has revealed the Melbourne suburbs which are the toughest to become a tenant.

National Property Editor of Domain, Alice Stolz, says it’s going to get worse before it gets better.
