Tom Elliott says there’s some fresh evidence on how much the state is spending on road miniatous which “absolutely confirms” Victoria’s financial woes.

The 3AW Mornings host is worried about the quality of the state’s roads, with the state government reportedly scaling back the amount of money being spent on fixing roads.

“The government is not spending money maintaining roads,” Tom said on 3AW.

“This is extraordinary because maintaining roads is one of the basic tasks of government.”
