The new fee for motorists being introduced in New York City which could work in Melbourne
Transit authorities plan to start charging motorists a $15 fee to drive into New York City’s crowded midtown Manhattan as soon as June.
And consumer editor at drive.com.au, Susannah Guthrie, thinks it could work in Melbourne.
“I’m not going to be popular for saying this, I think it would work and I’ll tell you why,” Ms Guthrie told Shane McInnes on 3AW Afternoons.
